GulpGoals is a daily tracking companion built to turn small, honest habits into streaks you're proud of.
GulpGoals started with a simple frustration: hydration apps that counted cups but missed the rest of the picture. We kept asking the same question — why does tracking water have to feel like a chore?
So we built the companion we wished existed. One that doesn't just tally ounces, but also tracks protein, fiber, and caffeine. One that turns a daily habit into a streak you're proud of, a mascot you actually like, and a community that keeps you showing up.
Our purpose is simple: make daily tracking feel simple.
Every feature — from the Gulpy Gauntlet team challenges to Smart Hydration intelligence — exists for one reason. To help you build a habit that sticks, and to make the journey genuinely fun along the way.
The principles behind every tap, streak, and badge.
Adjustable daily targets for water, protein, fiber, and caffeine — set to fit your routine.
Gulpy, streaks, and badges. We made showing up a part of your day you can look forward to.
Friends, family, teams, and enterprises. Hydration is more fun with company — and a whole lot harder to skip.

Founder & CEO, GulpGoals
alex.hendrix@gulpgoals.comI'm Alex Hendrix, a technology professional, software developer, and lifelong problem solver with a passion for turning ideas into things people can actually use.
My background spans software, technology, networking, and technical problem-solving, giving me a practical perspective that goes beyond simply writing code. I enjoy understanding how things work, finding better ways to solve problems, and continuously learning new technologies.
Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of technologies and environments, and I've increasingly focused on AI-assisted software development and modern development workflows. I'm particularly interested in how AI can help developers move faster while still requiring good judgment, creativity, testing, and human oversight.
I also enjoy building things from the ground up. Creating GulpGoals has given me the opportunity to put that mindset into practice — from turning an idea into a functional product to refining features, solving problems, and continuously learning along the way.
For me, technology has always been about more than code. It's about curiosity, creativity, and finding a better way to do something. I'm always learning, always building, and always looking for the next problem worth solving.
